По технологии, строительство брусовых домов должно сопровождаться последующей усадкой сруба дома в течение 6-12 месяцев. Брусовой дом должен обязательно выстояться это время и, производить какие либо работы в доме не рекомендуется.

После усадки дома, можно начать установку инженерных систем и отделку брусового дома в соответствии с проектом.
